About Us
We are Project N, a creative agency that is trusted by some of the world’s best-known game developers, publishers, and retailers to produce their videos, websites and content. We work with the biggest and most prominent brands in the video games industry. Essentially, we make cool stuff that delights gamers and the people that want to reach them.
Start your social media career in the games industry
If you live and breathe video games, and want to kick-start your career in social media, this is your chance.
We're looking for someone who’s creative, ambitious, and plugged into gaming and internet culture to join our growing team at Project N and Network N Media. You’ll get hands-on experience running social media communities for some of the most exciting brands in gaming — including PCGamesN, Pocket Tactics, and more — as well as supporting our agency clients.
This is a development role — perfect for someone looking for their first opportunity in the world of gaming and digital media. You don’t need loads of experience, just a clear passion for games, a great eye for what works on social, and a willingness to learn.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Creating scroll-stopping content for Instagram, TikTok, Twitter/X, Facebook, and LinkedIn that speaks to gaming audiences.
* Learning how to grow online communities and help shape the voice of gaming brands.
* Supporting campaign ideas and social strategies with the creative team — and sometimes presenting your ideas alongside the commercial team.
* Staying on top of trends, memes, formats, and features to keep our content fresh and engaging.
* Helping manage and report on social performance using analytics tools.
* Getting stuck into community management: replying to comments, celebrating fans, and making sure our audiences feel heard and valued.
* Supporting the team with day-to-day content scheduling and distribution.
What We’re Looking For
* A genuine love for video games — you understand the culture, language, and trends.
* A keen interest in social media and how brands grow online.
* Some experience using platforms like TikTok, Instagram, Twitter/X — whether for uni projects, personal use, or side hustles.
* A creative mindset and solid writing skills — you can spot a good meme and craft a strong caption.
* A proactive attitude and willingness to learn — this is a training ground for your career.
* You must be able to produce proof of right to work in the UK by the start of employment
* Bonus points if you’ve dabbled in content creation, or you’ve written for a publication/blogs, or grown your own social channel.
If it sounds like you are the right fit, please apply with a covering letter and a CV.
*Please note that we do not have a sponsorship licence*
