Your Role
As a Care Assistant in this peaceful and supportive environment, you’ll play an essential role in enhancing the wellbeing and comfort of our residents. You’ll assist with personal care, medication, and mealtimes, as well as encourage residents to take part in light, meaningful activities that bring joy and reassurance to their day.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver compassionate, person-centred care tailored to each individual
Support residents with personal care, medication, and meals
Encourage engagement in daily routines and social activities
Offer companionship and emotional support with kindness and respect
Assist with mobility and ensure residents’ physical comfort and safety
Help maintain a tidy, welcoming, and comfortable living environment
About You
Previous experience in care or personal support is beneficial but not essential
Naturally kind, patient, and calm under pressure
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Reliable, flexible, and committed to providing exceptional care
