Job Title: HR Advisor (12 month FTC) Salary: up to £43,000 per annum dependent upon experience Location: Glasgow (Scotstoun) We currently have a vacancy to join one of the world’s leading, global defence, security and aerospace companies as a HR Advisor. The role will be based in Glasgow and offers a hybrid working pattern (2- 3 days per week on site). This will be working a 37 hour week with a 1pm finish on Fridays. You will join the Naval Ships HR team, partnering closely with programmes and functions in a fast‑paced, delivery‑focused environment. You’ll also contribute to their organisation design review, supporting planning, preparation and implementation to ensure they remain fit for the future. This role supports the delivery of the People Plan by identifying organisational needs and strengthening people capability across the business. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to enhance the employee experience and ensure HR solutions meet sector requirements.
