Working in our showroom in Colchester, you will bring a passion for design and customer service; a driving licence is essential.
Duties And Responsibilities
* Guide customers through the full kitchen & bathroom design and sales process.
* Listen to customer needs and ensure their requirements are met.
* Identify and recommend products best suited to customer needs.
* Ensure customer satisfaction.
* Pro-actively generate new business.
* Provide excellent customer service.
* This role will include working alternate Saturday mornings.
Qualifications And Skills
* Previous experience working in a similar role is essential.
* Sound knowledge of kitchen and bathroom products is essential.
* Experience using ArtiCAD software or similar would be an advantage.
* Confident dealing with customers.
* The ability to build great customer relationships.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
