ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Regional Clinical Development Nurse at Barchester, you'll lead, support, and continually improve the clinical governance and quality of care across six care homes: two in Oxted, one in Wimbledon, one in Bromley, one in Sydenham, and one in Sevenoaks.
You will support each home's performance to ensure the highest clinical standards by reviewing clinical governance databases and KPIs monthly, analyzing results, and developing strategies to meet regulations and improve care quality.
Working closely with the Regional Director, improvement specialists, and senior clinical staff, you'll support standards improvement and implement key actions to address issues. Your responsibilities include organizing training, attracting senior clinical staff, and conducting clinical investigations.
Due to the regional scope, regular travel is essential.
