About the Role
You’ll lead multiple engineering squads responsible for core product domains.
* Manage and mentor engineers across seniority levels
* Drive planning, delivery and technical direction
* Partner closely with product and senior technical leadership
* Improve engineering processes, quality and developer velocity
* Stay technically credible through design input, PR reviews and guidance
* Help define future technology and architecture direction
You’ll own outcomes, team health and technical standards.

* Cloud platform experience (AWS)
Nice to have
* Exposure to platform modernisation or large technical transformation
* Background in SaaS or complex product environments
