We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Finance Analyst to join a leading international manufacturing business. This role is ideal for a qualified accountant with strong analytical skills who is looking to make a real impact in a fast-paced, commercially driven environment.
The Role
As a Commercial Finance Analyst, you will play a key part in providing financial insight and business partnering across sales, marketing, and senior leadership teams. You'll support decision-making by delivering clear analysis and recommendations, helping to drive profitability, improve performance, and support sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Preparing budgets and forecasts, tracking performance, and highlighting variances.
* Partnering with commercial teams to provide financial insights and challenge decision-making.
* Conducting margin, pricing, and profitability analysis across products, customers, and markets.
* Supporting the price review process and recommending improvements.
* Contributing to business cases for new initiatives, prospects, and investments.
About You
* Qualified Accountant (CIMA/ACCA) with 2-5 years' experience in finance, commercial or business analysis.
* Strong background in the manufacturing sector.
* Excellent analytical skills and advanced Excel/financial modelling capabilities (BI tool experience desirable).
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence non-finance colleagues.
* Highly organised, adaptable, and proactive in a dynamic environment.
