About the Role
We are seeking a proactive Business Coordinator to join our team at Wolverhampton Racecourse. Working closely with the Business Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of events. This is a position covering bookings, customer service, administration, and supporting live events.

Key Responsibilities
10. Handle customer enquiries and process bookings using Delphi.
11. Manage day-to-day events.
12. Support social media, website updates, and promotional activity.
13. Provide hands-on support during events.
14. Liaise with clients and customers.
15. Represent Wolverhampton Racecourse and ARC professionally at all times.
What We’re Looking For
16. Strong admin and customer service skills.
17. Computer literate (spreadsheets, formulas).
18. Experience in hospitality, sport/leisure, or administration.
19. Someone who’s calm under pressure, strategic in thinking, and customer-obsessed.
20. Social media and call-handling experience.
21. Excellent communication and telephone skills.
22. A creative team player who’s always looking to add value.
