Your Responsibilities:
* Deliver exceptional net fee income and build a visible, respected personal brand.
* Lead senior-level assignments and own the client relationship.
* Develop market insights and win exclusive, retained business.
* Build lasting relationships with the top talent in real estate.
* Navigate recruitment processes to a successful close — you’ll be both consultant and dealmaker.
* Mentor and influence future leaders — now or as part of your future career path with us.
What You Bring:
* 5+ years’ experience in recruitment with a strong track record.
* Proven success winning and delivering on complex assignments.
* Gravitas, resilience and commercial acumen — you’re comfortable influencing C-suite.
* Strong communication and consultative selling skills.
