A GBP 27,500 per annum
Hours : you will work Monday to Friday on Rotas 7:30am:4:30pm/ 8am:5pm/ 8:30am:5:30pm
(if your work 8:30:5:30 you get the Friday off)

Whats the role all about?
Reporting to the Sales and Technical Manager, youll be the voice of the company, delivering top:notch support to customers, engineers, and electricians. Your mission? To solve problems fast, keep customers smiling, and make sure every call is answered quickly, Plus, youll dive deep into their exciting range of products, assist with testing, and even help prepare quotes and equipment lists
What will you be doing?
* Providing lightning:fast technical support via phone and email : keeping customers happy and impressed
* Building strong relationships with customers and colleagues through friendly and professional communication.
* Keeping your finger on the pulse by mastering product knowledge and troubleshooting like a pro.
* Logging issues and returns with precision, escalating when needed, and keeping everything running smoothly.
* Preparing accurate and tailored equipment lists and quotations that help us stand out.
* Supporting the sales team by checking stock, prices, and order statuses, and making sure enquiries get to the right place.
What do we need from you?
* Passion for technical support and problem:solving.
* A friendly, positive attitude with top:notch communication skills.
* Ability to multitask and keep things organised in a busy environment.
* Willingness to learn new products and systems
* Experience with tools like Fresh Desk is a bonus, but not essential
