About the position
The Clinical Lecturer will join the Institute of Education for Medical and Dental Sciences, supporting the MBChB and other healthcare programmes. This is a part-time role (up to 0.8FTE, minimum 0.4FTE), with flexible working days, primarily on Mondays or Fridays. The position is based at the Clinical Skills Centre in the Suttie Centre for Teaching and Learning in Healthcare, Foresterhill campus.
Responsibilities
* Support delivery of undergraduate clinical education in simulated and clinical environments.
* Collaborate with a multi-professional team to develop innovative learning experiences.
* Report to the Undergraduate Clinical Skills Lead and the Director of the Institute for Education in Medical and Dental Sciences.
Qualifications and requirements
* Experience in medical education and clinical practice.
* Ability to work part-time, with flexibility for specific weekdays.
Salary and conditions
Salary ranges from £48,288 to £85,402 per annum (pro rata), depending on clinical experience. Note: The role does not meet the UKVI salary threshold for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker route.
