A fast-growing manufacturing business producing high-quality industrial and POS components is seeking an experienced Technician to join its talented team. You’ll play a key role in driving performance, quality, and continuous improvement.
What You Will Be Doing
* Setting and operating injection moulding machines and robotic automation systems
* Running tool trials and optimising processes for quality and efficiency
* Using MES systems to keep production flowing smoothly
* Supporting continuous improvement projects and contributing new ideas
* Training and guiding colleagues when needed
* Taking real ownership of your work and contributing to the wider success of the team
