Up to £13.27 per hour depending on experience and qualifications. Part‑time role based at the head office in Stockport, Greater Manchester.

Creative Support is a national, fast‑growing, registered charity and social landlord providing care and support across England. We are regulated by the CQC and the Regulator of Social Housing, and we maintain high standards of health and safety compliance across more than 1,000 units of supported housing. As a large employer of over 5,000 staff, we promote a culture of safety, compliance and good practice.

We are recruiting a part‑time Health & Safety Helpdesk Administrator to support the running of the Health & Safety Helpdesk. The role serves as the first point of contact for queries, reviews accident and incident reports, escalates concerns, and ensures follow‑up actions are recorded in the database. The administrator prepares reports and statistics for management, creates safety bulletins and campaigns, and supports the overall health and safety culture across our services.


Day‑to‑Day Duties

* Run the Health & Safety Helpdesk and respond to enquiries
* Manage the Health & Safety email inbox
* Respond to safety queries from staff nationwide
* Read and review accident and incident reports
* Input data into databases and spreadsheets
* Contribute to property safety compliance as required
* Collaborate with the team to collate audit reports and follow up action plans
* Compile data and produce reports for governance purposes
* Answer the phone, take accurate messages, and inform senior managers of important communications
* Produce information bulletins, safety campaigns, and newsletters
* Assist colleagues with administrative tasks and follow‑up
* Escalate concerns and see incidents through to resolution
* Attend meetings and take minutes when requested
