Marketing Campaigns Manager
Location: Haslingden, Lancashire (hybrid working available)
Salary: Circa £40,000 basic depending on experience
Reporting to: Head of Marketing
The Opportunity
Our client, an established and growing B2B organisation is seeking an experienced, hands-on Marketing Campaigns Manager to play a pivotal role in translating strategic objectives into high impact, revenue generating marketing campaigns.
This is a delivery focused position for a commercially minded marketer who enjoys owning campaigns end to end, from planning and messaging through to execution, reporting and optimisation. You will work closely with the Head of Marketing and collaborate across sales, product and technical teams to ensure marketing activity directly supports pipeline growth and measurable business outcomes.
While not a sales role, success in this position requires a strong understanding of how marketing drives commercial performance and contributes to revenue.
The Role
You will take full ownership of integrated B2B campaigns across email, web and social channels, ensuring each initiative is targeted, outcome focused and backed by clear performance metrics.
A key part of the role will be developing compelling campaign messaging and copy, turning technical or product led information into clear, customer centric communications that generate engagement and action.
Working with in-house creative resources for design, video and social delivery, you will lead direction, context and messaging to ensure consistent, high quality outputs.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Planning and Delivery
Translate strategic priorities into clear, actionable campaign plans
Plan and deliver integrated, multi-channel campaigns aligned to commercial goals
Own briefs, timelines and delivery across internal stakeholders and external support
Ensure campaigns are targeted, consistent and results focused
Revenue Focus, Reporting and Optimisation
Set up tracking frameworks and performance measurement
Report on engagement, leads, conversions, pipeline contribution and return on investment
Produce regular performance insights and recommendations
Continuously test, refine and optimise messaging, audiences and channels
Email Marketing and Automation
Plan, write and build segmented email campaigns
Develop and optimise automated nurture journeys
Maintain best practice for deliverability, engagement and data hygiene
Copywriting and Messaging
Own campaign positioning and core messaging
Produce persuasive copy for emails, landing pages and campaign assets
Translate technical information into clear customer benefits
Ensure tone and messaging consistency across channels
Voice of Customer
Engage directly with customers to gather feedback and insight
Identify themes that inform campaign improvement and messaging
Share insight with sales and product teams to support decisions
Social Media and Content
Build LinkedIn led social plans to support campaigns
Coordinate scheduling and optimisation with internal resources
Manage supporting toolkits and creative assets
Events Support
Assist with event promotion, lead capture and structured follow-up
Deliver post event reporting and recommendations
About You
You are a practical, organised and commercially focused marketer who enjoys taking ownership and seeing campaigns through to measurable results. You are confident working with data, comfortable collaborating across teams, and equally happy writing copy as you are analysing performance.
Essential experience
Proven experience delivering end to end B2B marketing campaigns
Track record of supporting revenue growth, lead generation or pipeline acceleration
Strong copywriting skills across digital channels
Hands on experience with email marketing and automation platforms, Spotler experience beneficial
Experience using data for segmentation, tracking, reporting and continuous improvement
Confident engaging directly with customers to gather insight
Strong stakeholder management and delivery focus
Desirable
Experience in channel or distribution led environments
Familiarity linking campaigns to CRM data for account level tracking
Experience supporting exhibitions, roadshows or partner events
Working Pattern
Office based in Haslingden, Lancashire
Hybrid working available, 1 to 2 days from home per week
During onboarding, increased office presence expected
Occasional UK and international travel for events and customer activity
