The Role and Responsibilities This role combines high-level classroom teaching with a strategic leadership responsibility. Teaching Excellence: Deliver engaging Science lessons across KS3 and KS4, with opportunities to lead a subject specialism (Biology, Chemistry, or Physics) at A-Level. TLR Responsibility: Depending on your experience, the TLR could involve leading on KS3 Science, coordinating STEM enrichment, or overseeing Practical Curriculum Development.
