We’re looking for a motivated and curious individual to join our growing digital team as a Digital Marketing Apprentice. Based in our Leeds office, this is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about digital marketing, content creation, and online communication to gain hands-on experience and develop key skills in a dynamic, supportive environment. You’ll work closely with our Digital Engagement Manager and wider Marketing & Communications team to support content planning, paid and organic social media, website updates and user experience, email marketing, and analytics. This role is ideal for someone just starting out in their digital career and eager to learn on the job. Key Responsibilities Supporting the scheduling and publishing of paid and organic content across social media platforms Assisting with planning and drafting email marketing campaigns Helping maintain and update website content, to be SEO optimised and engaging to customers Monitoring digital channels and flagging engagement opportunities Supporting our internal communications strategy (intranet and internal emails) Gathering analytics and reporting on digital performance Conducting research into digital trends and audience behaviour What are we looking for? This is an entry-level role, so we don’t expect experience – we’re more interested in your enthusiasm, willingness to learn, and creative thinking. Successful candidates will ideally demonstrate: A keen interest in digital marketing, communications, or content creation Familiarity with platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook Strong written and verbal communication skills Attention to detail and an eye for brand and design A proactive mindset and a willingness to ask questions, take feedback, and get stuck in Organised, reliable, and able to manage time and tasks effectively Basic knowledge of tools like Canva, WordPress, Excel, or scheduling platforms (desirable but not essential – we’ll train you!) As part of this role, you’ll complete a Level 3 Digital Marketing apprenticeship (delivered online) giving you formal training alongside on-the-job experience. Course start date April 2026.
