We're searching for a dynamic Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead our team in creating unforgettable experiences. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you’ll oversee a team of hosts and team leaders, ensuring smooth and efficient catering operations that maximize revenue and makes sure our guests are wowed by their time with us. You'll be hands-on, working alongside your team in our Adventurers Grill and Beach Bites Kiosk. Your focus will be on delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining the highest food quality standards, while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Training your team on food hygiene and temperature control will be key. You’ll also manage stock, reduce waste, and coach your team to achieve sales targets. As part of the management team, you’ll also be included in the duty management rota. This full-time, permanent role requires working any 5 days from 7, including weekends and holidays.
