Welcome to the Audi F1 Project.
Audi will be competing in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship from 2026.
The new team has three locations: Audi's Motorsport Competence Center in Neuburg (Germany), the Sauber Group's Formula 1 factory in Hinwil (Switzerland), and the Sauber Motorsport Technical Center in the UK, which will be operational this year. Our Power Unit is developed in Neuburg, while Hinwil focuses on chassis development and race operations.

This position is based at Sauber in Hinwil, Switzerland.
Your Mission
This is a bold and ambitious project focused on building a world-class merchandising, licensing, and retail business. We are seeking a Licensing & Merchandising Specialist who can combine strategic vision with hands-on execution. The main responsibilities include developing and managing our licensing business, working with licensees and partners, and supporting merchandising activities. The ideal candidate must be adaptable, proactive, and comfortable with both strategic planning and operational tasks.
* Support the development and implementation of a licensing strategy aligned with the Audi F1 Project’s brand and commercial goals.
* Manage the end-to-end licensing process for branded products, ensuring operational efficiency, brand compliance, and quality standards.
* Collaborate with brand and marketing teams to create compelling product offerings.
* Negotiate and execute licensing agreements that benefit both the brand and licensees.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with licensees and partners to drive brand growth.
* Monitor licensed product performance and provide insights to optimize sales strategies.
* Oversee merchandising back-office activities, including order processing and logistics coordination.
* Analyze market trends and competitors to identify new licensing opportunities.
Your Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in management, marketing, or a related field.
* 2-3 years of experience in licensing management, preferably in sports or related industries.
* Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
* Understanding of licensing agreements, intellectual property rights, and contract law.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
* Ability to manage multiple projects with high attention to detail.
* Passion for sports and knowledge of consumer trends in sports merchandise.
* Proficiency in English; German skills are a plus.
