Assistant to Head of Supply
Our client has an exceptional opportunity for an Assistant to the Head of Supply at their Broughton facility. Join a fast-paced, collaborative environment and gain exposure to a range of exciting projects and stakeholders.
* Monday - Friday
* 35 hour working week
* £14.95 per hour PAYE (Umbrella rates offered)
* 12 month contract
* 5 days per week on site required
* Broughton location
* Start ASAP after BPSS check is passed
As the Assistant to the Head of Supply, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and logistical support to the senior leader and their team. Your duties will include:
* Efficient diary management and scheduling of meetings
* Organising and coordinating various events and activities
* Handling administrative tasks with a high level of attention to detail
* Offering ad-hoc project support as needed
* Fostering strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate for the Assistant to Head of Supply role will possess:
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
* Proficiency in using standard office software, with the ability to adapt to new digital tools
* A resilient and positive mindset, able to work well under pressure
* 3-5 years of experience in a similar administrative or support role
