Our customer are one of the largest FM & engineering services providers globally, working across sectors as varied as commercial real estate, airports, healthcare manufacturing and financial services. Due to an internal promotion within the account, and based at one of their high profile Global Financial Services organisations, they seek an experienced Engineering Services Manager to be based at a HQ building in London’s Docklands. Working alongside Account and EMEA Lead, and managing day staff as well as a 24/7 team of multi-skilled shift engineers, they seek a strong man manager to motivate the team and drive standards. The guideline salary for this position is up to £85,000 along with a car allowance (circa £5k) as well as standard benefits including pension, healthcare and healthy budget for training courses and development. There is a potential bonus scheme of up to 20% available also. Candidates must be fully qualified in an engineering discipline (electrical / mechanical), ideally through a full apprenticeship, and with at least five years experience as a Technical or Engineering Services Manager.
