Our client, a respected and award-winning property consultancy, is seeking a Civil Technician to join their growing team in Braintree. You'll work on a diverse range of UK-wide projects across multiple sectors, contributing to engineering solutions that prioritise sustainability and innovation.
What You'll Do:
Support the design and development of civil engineering solutions (drainage, highways, site layouts, infrastructure)
Ensure compliance with regulations, planning standards, and design codes
Assist with problem-solving and technical innovation across projects
Produce accurate and high-quality design deliverables
Promote health, safety, and sustainability (CDM 2015 compliance)What We're Looking For:
Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D for 3D modelling
Relevant degree/apprenticeship and practical experience
Enthusiasm for progressing towards ICE membership
Full UK driving licence and own transport (role involves site visits)
