Overview
ORDER PROCESSING /DESPATCH EXECUTIVE
You will be joining our established Clients professional and friendly team - supporting their order and customer service side offering a fast accurate response to orders. Salary £29K to £30K plus up to £1K bonus. Hours 8.30am to 4.30pm (flexible). Car owner/driver preferred due to location.
Responsibilities
* Taking or receiving an order from the sales team and taking it through the process to delivery and submitting of invoices.
* Liaising with suppliers to produce visual proofs and ensuring clients' logo is used properly and obtaining proof sign-off from the client.
* Undertaking some basic artwork and checking client logos are correctly formatted.
* Taking all the various steps to ensure products are printed correctly and suppliers are able to deliver on time to the client.
* Ensuring the products are of the correct quality and, in the event of a client complaint or question, liaise with supplier and resolve queries related to design, print quality, quantity, packing and product quality.
* Taking responsibility for managing client stock including restocks, picking/packing stock orders and arranging the despatch of these orders.
* Analysis/improvement of customer experience and collating/obtaining Google reviews if required.
* Contributing to supporting growth with improvements to increase efficiencies and make the customer experience as seamless as possible.
* Providing holiday cover for other members of the order processing team.
* Assisting with collating and assembling packs and other tasks as required.
Qualifications / Key Skills
* Proficient in the use of all standard Microsoft products (Outlook, Excel etc.).
* Highly organised and able to cope with a busy environment.
* Attention to detail and able to stay focused.
* Professional written and verbal communication skills and ability to communicate and interact at all levels of business.
* Happy to work in an open plan office and busy environment.
* Other office tasks.
