Office Based - Weekly Paid
Our client is in urgent need for up to 2 x Housing Officers to start immediately (once on boarding checks and DBS have been completed). The duties will include:
1. To deliver a High Quality Housing Service to the needs of existing and future Tenants
2. Have a reactive approach to all emergencies, ensuring full support to the Victim
3. Have a reactive approach to all emergency repairs and attend site if required
4. Work with Housing Manager to highlight and investigate potential Tenancy Fraud
5. Provide Housing advice to Tenants covering areas such as Welfare Benefits, Claims, Housing Benefit, Pension Credit and Disability Allowances
6. Communicate with Stakeholders, Support Workers, Agencies, Adult Social Services, Police and Internal colleagues and Management
7. Help with general enquiries and Signpost to relevant department
You will be:

10. Have Strong Communication skills at all levels both Written and Oral
11. Engaging with great Listening and Empathy skills
12. A DBS check will be carried out and essential for this role
