The Role:
As Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for the upkeep, safety, and functionality of the hotel’s facilities. You’ll ensure the building, plant, and public spaces operate flawlessly behind the scenes, supporting a seamless guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee all maintenance operations across the hotel
• Manage preventative maintenance schedules and reactive repairs
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and statutory regulations
• Lead and develop the maintenance team
• Liaise with contractors and suppliers
• Support pre-opening snagging, commissioning, and handover
About You
• Proven experience as a Maintenance Manager in a hotel or resort
• Strong technical knowledge across M&E and building services
• Organised, proactive, and solutions-focused
• Pre-opening or large-scale property experience desirable
