A popular Dining Pub serving award winning dishes created from all fresh seasonal produce including lots of Fish and Game when in season
The standard of food served is 1 – 2 Rosettes although standards and quality take priority over accolades, which are not necessarily the main focus of the business.
Sous Chef required to work alongside the Head Chef assisting with the daily running of the kitchen, helping to organising daily prep between the team and cooking during service.
We are looking for a friendly, talented chef, ideally somebody with experience of Rosette standard cooking somebody who enjoys cooking good food. An organised person that understands the importance of communicating well and building a team.
Applicants will ideally need to live in the Oakham, Uppingham, Corby, Stamford, or Peterborough area with their own transport
Benefits
Base Salary of £40,000 (depending upon experience)
