We are actively seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant to work in a 3-6 month contract with the potential to become permanent, based in Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire.
Working closely with the Management Account, you will be responsible for the following duties:
Processing supplier invoices
Resolving discrepancies within internal teams
Processing UK and Internation bank payments
Posting supplier payments to the ERP System
Reconciling supplier statements
Managing company credit cards
Reconciling bank, AP and AR for month end accounts
Accruing late journals
Posting recurring journals
Other adhoc duties to support the team
Applications are welcomed from individuals with the following skills and experience:
Previous experience in a similar role is essential
Team player with flexible attitude, able to work with minimal supervision
Must be able to intially commute to the office everyday - hybrid working would be considered after training period
IT Literate
