Based at their Head Office in West Drayton, you will provide essential support to procurement and finance operations, working closely with teams who deliver services airside at Heathrow Airport (LHR). The Role: This is a key role where you'll be at the heart of financial control within the Food & Beverage (F&B) operations. You'll be responsible for monitoring, analysing, and optimising costs across all F&B outlets while working closely with both operational and finance teams. Accuracy, analytical thinking, and a proactive approach are essential in this fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities include: Monitoring and controlling overall Food & Beverage costs across outlets. Preparing monthly cost control reports and weekly flash cost updates to support informed decision-making. Verifying wastage, pilferage, voids, discounts, and staff meals to ensure efficiency and compliance. Reviewing POS (Point Soft) and WAS (Web Admission System) entries for accuracy and adherence to policy. Ensuring all menu items are accurately costed and have valid recipes linked in Check SCM. Conducting regular spot checks in outlets and receiving areas to enforce proper procedures. Analysing variances in food and beverage costs and providing insights to management. Guiding operational teams on menu pricing and controlling portion costs. Participating in monthly stock-taking activities and monitoring stock levels to avoid overstocking and waste. Alerting relevant teams on slow-moving or expiring inventory and proposing corrective actions. Supporting continuous improvement of F&B control processes and systems. What We're Looking For: We are seeking a detail-focused and results-driven professional with a strong background in F&B cost control. At least 5 years of experience in a similar cost control or finance role within hospitality or F&B. Proven knowledge of Check SCM and F&B POS systems. Strong analytical and reporting skills with a high attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Experience in receiving, stores, and hotel operations is advantageous. Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments. Comfortable working under pressure and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
