* Support pupils with additional needs on a 1:1 or small group basis.
* Work closely with teachers and SENCO to implement tailored learning strategies.
* Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment.
* Assist with behaviour management and emotional regulation.
* Contribute to the development and review of individual education plans (IEPs).
What We're Looking For? Experience working with children with SEN (in school or other settings)? A calm, empathetic, and flexible approach? Excellent communication and teamwork skills?
