JBi Digital is a leading digital transformation agency delivering innovative, tailored solutions across platform development, UX design, and performance-led digital marketing. We’re looking for a Head of Delivery to lead our in-house delivery team and help us scale with quality and clarity. This is a key leadership role for someone with strong digital agency experience, a hands-on mindset, and a passion for developing people and improving how teams work. You’ll need to thrive in a fast-paced agency environment, managing complexity, overlapping deadlines, and multiple stakeholder groups with confidence and strategic insight. What you’ll be doing Own and lead the agency’s entire delivery function — across project managers, platform owners and support teams. Take accountability for project quality, efficiency, and consistency, while improving how we work. Implement structured delivery processes, with a focus on continuous improvement and agility. Coach and mentor team members to help improve individual performance and build delivery confidence. Step in where needed to help troubleshoot delivery blockers, client issues or process gaps - hands-on support is essential. Help shape our internal culture by enabling high performance, trust, and collaboration. Oversee project resourcing, capacity planning and budget reconciliation. Maintain clear delivery governance across multiple high-value, concurrent projects (often £500K). Collaborate with technical, UX, content and design teams to ensure successful outcomes across all disciplines. You’re a great fit if you… Have extensive experience in a digital agency or consultancy — you get the agency model and know how to make it work well. Have led multi-disciplinary delivery teams including PMs, POs and support — and know how to balance structure with autonomy. Are obsessed with raising the bar — driving performance, quality, and learning in delivery teams. Understand the full delivery lifecycle and know where efficiencies, risks, and improvements can be made. Are comfortable in a strategic leadership role but not afraid to get stuck in when things need unblocking. Are passionate about helping people grow through structured coaching, feedback and mentorship. Have a strong grip on delivery frameworks, agile processes, and delivery tooling (Jira, Trello, etc.). Communicate clearly and confidently with clients, stakeholders and internal teams. Experience & Skills 7 years’ experience leading delivery in a digital agency environment. Demonstrable experience managing large-scale digital transformation projects. Solid background in UK public sector delivery (GDS standards, accessibility, security). Strong budget management experience on projects of £500K. Confidently managing multiple concurrent workstreams and teams. Knowledge of SEO, UX, cloud platforms and digital security principles.
