Overview
* Full-time days
Compensation: $103,000 to $128,000 annually

Responsibilities
* Recommends employment decisions for staff to the director of operations, including hiring, firing, promoting, or changing staff status.
* Ensures overall quality of patient care and clinical performance of nurses and aides.
* Organizes clinical operations for the care center.
* Reviews service requests and determines patient eligibility for home care services. Coordinates patient referrals and admissions.
* Oversees scheduling, payor verification, and precertification requirements.
* Reviews staff documentation for completeness and timeliness.
* Assists clinicians in establishing patient goals and developing Plans of Care (POC).
* Evaluates patient needs regularly and revises care plans as needed in collaboration with clinicians.
* May provide direct patient care occasionally in emergencies.
* Participates in the on-call process.
* Trains staff to ensure quality, compliance, and fiscal responsibility.
* Addresses patient, family, and physician concerns.
Qualifications
* Associate or bachelor’s degree in nursing.
* Current RN license for the state(s) of employment.
* One year of clinical RN experience in home health or hospice.
* One year of RN management experience.
* Current CPR certification.
