DDSL and Inclusion Lead - Primary School (Doncaster) | ASAP Start | Temp-to-Perm
Tradewind Recruitment are proud to be working in partnership with a welcoming and supportive primary school in Doncaster, who are seeking to appoint a dedicated and experienced DDSL and Inclusion Lead to join their team as soon as possible.
This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate safeguarding and inclusion professional to make a real impact within a school community. The role is initially offered on a temp-to-perm basis, providing the opportunity to secure a long-term position.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) in all aspects of safeguarding and child protection.
* Lead on inclusion strategies across the school, ensuring all pupils are supported to reach their full potential.
* Act as the school's Early Help Practitioner, completing and managing Early Help assessments and referrals.
* Work closely with staff, families, and external agencies to provide targeted support for vulnerable pupils.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date safeguarding records.
Essential Requirements:
* Previous experience in a safeguarding, pastoral, or inclusion role within a school setting.
* Strong working knowledge and hands-on experience using the Doncaster Local Authority Mosaic platform.
* Proven experience completing Early Help referrals and managing cases effectively.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* A proactive, compassionate, and resilient approach.
