We’re an AI-native product that augments corporate tax advisors in their processes. We are currently pursuing a major customer-led pivot with a new brand and product, aiming to scale significantly in the next 6 months. After six years and two pivots, we are at a tipping point for product/market fit and traction, with enterprise design partners and 60+ existing customers. The broader market opportunity is the corporate tax advisory/professional services market in the UK, US, and beyond. The team is remote-first/hybrid and highly collaborative. Role

You will work with the CEO to manage day-to-day operations. Self-assured, confident in own abilities, a safe pair of hands, and a self-starter capable of presenting to enterprise customers and investors without supervision. KPI-driven, able to identify bottlenecks in processes and either eliminate or systemize to make them repeatable. Sufficiently technical, able to build automated dashboards and comfortable using AI to assist in work. IQ, knows what to learn and what to delegate; can gain product knowledge without being a developer.
