As part of this growth, thepany is actively acquiring other advisory firms and now seeking an additional team member to join their Mergers & Acquisitions team. Flexible working culture.
Your new role Employed position, this role offers an exciting entry point into mergers & acquisitions (M&A), with a focus on telesales, lead generation, and relationship-building. The role will involve researching and identifying potential acquisition targets, making outbound calls to financial advice firms to introduce thepany, building rapport with business owners / directors and managing the process overall, including booking meetings and arranging follow-ups.
What you'll need to succeed
The role requires excellentmunication skills, both verbal and written, a confident telephone manner with the ability to build trust and engage with business owners; good sales skills and the ability to meet and achieve KPIs; strong organisational skills and the ability to manage workloads effectively within a fast-paced environment. Whilst experience in a similar role is desirable, training can be provided.
