Were seeking inspirational Room Leaders to join Acorn across our 18 nurseries in Milton Keynes, Bedfordshire and Northamptonshire. Were looking for a passionate practitioner with at least a Level 3 Early Years qualification (Level 6 desirable), experience in an Early Years setting, strong EYFS and safeguarding knowledge, and a love of outdoor learning and creative play. Leadership experience is an advantage. As a Room Leader, youll deliver high-quality care and learning, create engaging environments, and build strong relationships with families. Youll support your team, help mentor colleagues, and occasionally deputise for management. These are full-time roles (40 hours per week, shifts between 7:15am and 6:15pm), and well match you to the nearest suitable nursery.
