Please log into your MySelf account for further instructions on how to apply as an internal candidate. *Fusion Assets, NLP LLP Chief Executive’s Office Finance and Technology Service Improvement Officer Salary-NLC9 - £33,558 - £38,811 Based in the Revenues or Benefits Team you will report to the Revenue and Benefits Manager (Revenues) or (Benefits) and will carry out the tasks associated with running an efficient and effective Revenues and Benefits service. Your responsibilities will include supporting the development of processes and procedures with the aim of improving the performance of either the Revenues Team which includes Council Tax, Non-Domestic Rates and Scottish Welfare Fund or Benefits Team which includes Housing Benefit, Council Tax Reduction, Blue Badge and Free School Meals. The post will also assist the Revenue and Benefits Manager (Revenues) or (Benefits) in ensuring that there’s an improved customer service experience provided by the Revenue and Benefit Teams. Liaison with internal and external stakeholders will be a requirement. Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, good communication, literacy and numeracy skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team are all considered essential qualities. The successful candidates will be subject to a criminal records check provided by Disclosure Scotland.
