Responsibilities
* Complete radio tasks assigned to the patient catering team from the soft facilities helpdesk in a timely manner.
* Deliver out‑of‑hours meals and other requested food items to wards and clinical areas as per the allocated radio task, following set procedures and specifications.
* Clean and maintain hygiene standards in out‑of‑hours kitchens, ensuring compliance with Food Safety Legislation.
* Support the patient catering service by delivering meals to any clinical areas not covered by a full‑time ward catering assistant.
* Ensure high‑quality food hygiene and cleaning standards are always maintained.
