About Our Client – The client is an UHNWI who splits time between London and UAE. They are a married couple with 4 children, 2 of whom are studying in the UK.
Job Description
* Managing the day-to-day operations
* Coordinating with event planners to ensure that all arrangements are made for special events
* Coordinating with purchase team to ensure that all supplies needed are delivered on time
* Making sure that the interior of the house is clean and well-maintained at all times
* Maintaining inventory of all furnishings and equipment in the house, including ordering replacements when needed
* Ensuring that all food service operations run smoothly
* Supervising daily housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure that the facility is well kept at all times
* Supervising security Team
* Banquet services
* Flexibility to work during weekends
* Ability to manage team in a fast paced work environment
The Successful Applicant
* Have been a House Manager before working for a HNWI or UHNWI
* Ideally also have some sort of hospitality background, be in in a top hotel or experience putting on large banquets
* Have exceptional attention to detail
* Be highly professional
