Overview
As part of the Department for Education (DfE) Change Program, we are looking for an Inclusion Support Officer to join our Inclusion team. The focus will be on supporting the implementation of the local inclusion support offer and the inclusive mainstream practice guidance.
About you
To be successful in this role you will need to have relevant qualifications or experience, and the ability to work flexibly. We support doing some work from home, with opportunities to spend time in the workplace to learn, develop and engage with colleagues.

Key qualifications
* A degree or an equivalent level professional qualification relevant to the role
* A passion and commitment to ensure that children succeed in their education
* You will be confident to challenge and advocate on behalf of the child
* A background in supporting vulnerable children, including those with SEND
* Experience of working in partnerships with schools, services and families
