The Opportunity

Consumer desire for better water has increased in recent years, giving a clear market opportunity for a systems that enable you to improve your water so it can work for you rather than against you. BWT products are designed to help you get the best from your water whatever the application, they are proven to save energy and cut delivery miles whilst also enabling the reduction in use of cleaning chemicals and plastic waste. Wider consumer trends towards environmentally sustainable solutions and the focus on individual wellbeing are shared as core BWT vales meaning we are ideally placed to develop and bring to market 'on trend products'. This role is the opportunity to take ownership of the UK region for our newest patented 'pearlwater' system, this delivers all of our water treatment knowhow through 'one pipe', enabling both softening and remineralization to deliver perfect water 'for the home and for you'.


Role Description

This is a full-time position for a Sales Manager, you will be based in The South East/London area with a hybrid working model that allows for work in the field with some work-from-home flexibility and office space in High Wycombe. The Sales Manager will lead the charge introducing 'pearlwater' as a premium product in the domestic water treatment area. You should be able to demonstrate success in direct sales and through a dealer route to market. You will be directly involved in developing and executing the sales strategy and your success will enable you to build your own team within one of the industries most dynamic and exciting businesses.


Qualifications

* Proven experience in sales strategy development, client relationship management, and achieving revenue goals
* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and stakeholders
* Ability to lead, coach, and inspire a sales team to meet and exceed performance targets
* Analytical skills for market research, performance metrics analysis, and identifying growth opportunities
* Proficiency in using CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
* Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work effectively in a hybrid environment
* Experience in the water treatment industry or related fields is an advantage
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage
