They are now seeking a qualified Energy Assessor to join their growing team and contribute to sustainable, low-carbon design across residential and commercial projects. Key Responsibilities: Deliver SAP, SBEM, and overheating assessments for new-build developments. Produce EPCs, compliance reports, and practical recommendations. Advise clients on cost-effective energy efficiency improvements. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UK building regulations and sustainability frameworks. Requirements: OCDEA qualification (essential).
