Accounts Payable Specialist Lisburn £28,000 £32,000 + benefits Amplifi Talent are partnering with a well-established, multi-entity business to appoint an Accounts Payable Specialist based in Lisburn. This is an opportunity to join a high-volume finance function within a large, fast-moving organisation, supporting the day-to-day processing of supplier transactions while ensuring accuracy, control and efficiency across the purchase ledger. The Role Working as part of a busy finance team, you will play a key role in managing high volumes of supplier invoices and payments across the group. Key responsibilities will include: Processing purchase invoices accurately and efficiently Managing supplier accounts, including query resolution and statement reconciliations Preparing and processing supplier payment runs Performing bank reconciliations and assisting with cash allocation Supporting month-end processes, including accruals and ledger close activities Ensuring strong financial controls and adherence to internal processes Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and streamline workflows This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working in a structured, fast-paced environment with a strong focus on detail and delivery. The Person We are keen to speak with candidates who are comfortable operating in a high-volume, transactional finance environment. You will likely have: Experience working in accounts payable / purchase ledger Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy Good working knowledge of Excel and finance systems Strong communication skills when dealing with internal teams and suppliers Experience of working in a multi-entity or high-volume environment would be advantageous.
