They're looking for a Senior Civil Engineer with a Drainage & Infrastructure focus to join and help lead their growing design and delivery team.This role offers true project ownership from bid stage to delivery, combining hands-on technical responsibility with the opportunity to mentor others and progress into a leadership position.The role:
* Prepare detailed designs for infrastructure projects, delivering drainage, highways, residential developments, rail, commercial, education and leisure.
* Produce drawings and calculations for planning.
* Provide technical guidance and support to junior colleagues, helping them develop practical, high-quality solutions.
* Produce flood risk assessments and planning documents.
* Conduct inspections, site surveys, and technical assessments, producing detailed reports to inform design and project delivery.
* Liaise with clients, local authorities and stakeholders.
What we are looking for:
* Fluent in Causeway Flow or MicroDrainage.
* Skilled in AutoCAD and Civil 3D for drainage design on residential, rail, commercial, and similar projects.
* Knowledge of flood risk assessments and relevant planning documents.
* Someone with client-focused approach, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
