Overview
We are currently looking to recruit a time served pipe fitter for a very long-term role (permanent for right person) in the Stalybridge area. Experienced working on petrochemical sites/pharmaceutical/oil and gas sites is essential. This is not a commercial works.
Responsibilities
* Measure point-to-point to enable fabrication and interpret pipework isometric drawings to fabricate and install new pipework.
* Liaise with the client and client operations to enable permit signing and requests, including periods when on site alone.
* Work as part of a team, and at other times in small teams.
* Maintain a full clean driving licence.
Requirements / Qualifications
* Time-served pipe fitter with experience on petrochemical sites/pharmaceutical/oil and gas sites.
* Ability to read and interpret pipework isometric drawings.
* Willingness to liaise with client operations to obtain permits.
* Ability to work alone on site and in small teams.
* Full clean driving licence.
Other information
This work is outside of IR35 so we can payroll limited.
