Role Overview
We are seeking a driven and experienced Media Sales Executive with a strong background in magazine advertorials, advertising sales, and PR partnerships. This is a high-performance, commission-led role with a generous revenue-sharing structure, ideal for someone confident in closing deals and maximizing earnings.
This is a hybrid position based in the London area, combining remote work with client meetings where required. For candidates skilled in closing deals virtually, in-person meetings can be minimized.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities in magazine advertising, advertorials, and PR features
* Actively generate leads and convert them into long-term clients
* Manage and grow client accounts, ensuring repeat business and satisfaction
* Develop tailored media and PR solutions aligned with client objectives
* Meet and exceed revenue targets through proactive sales strategies
* Build and maintain strong relationships with brands, agencies, and key stakeholders
* Collaborate with internal editorial and production teams to deliver successful campaigns
Requirements
* Proven experience in media sales, particularly in magazine advertising, advertorials, or PR sales
* Strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
* Expertise in new business development and lead generation
* Excellent account management and relationship-building skills
* Confident negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities
* Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a commission-based structure
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving media environment
Compensation
