We’re looking for a Social Content Manager to lead Humantra’s organic socialpresence — bringing sharp creative instincts, editorial discipline, and platform fluency. This is a brand-first, content-led role for someone who knows how to build a social identity that feels both relevant and intentional.
You’ll shape our voice across Instagram, TikTok and emerging platforms — driving storytelling, leading content creation, and collaborating cross-functionally to amplify key moments. From trend-driven short-form to elevated campaign support, you’ll be the connective tissue between culture and content, ensuring every post moves the brand forward.
This is a high-ownership role for someone ready to lead strategy and execution — and shape the way Humantra shows up in the world.
Where You’ll Spend Your Time
Social Strategy & Planning (35%)
* Develop and own the organic content strategy across social platforms — aligned with brand vision and business goals
* Manage and evolve our social calendar to reflect planned brand activity and reactive opportunities
* Work cross-functionally with brand, campaigns, creators, and ecommerce to support key launches and moments
* Identify whitespace content opportunities and test new formats/platforms in line with our values and tone
* Own TikTok strategy end-to-end, with deep understanding of TikTok Shop and the types of content that drive engagement and sales on the platform, alongside managing organic TikTok content that builds brand and community.
Content Creation & Execution (35%)
* Lead day-to-day execution across platforms — including briefing, copywriting, publishing, and QA
* Film, shoot, and edit short-form content with a UGC-first lens (e.g. CapCut, Canva, Storywave)
* Attend shoots and content days to capture BTS, lifestyle, and IRL footage for repurposing
* Manage content freelancers and UGC partners, ensuring alignment with our brand aesthetic and standards
Performance & Optimisation (20%)
* Track platform analytics and report monthly and quarterly on performance, insights, and recommendations
* Use data to guide content experimentation, format testing, and frequency decisions
* Stay up-to-date with platform changes, tools, and social best practices — sharing key learnings with the wider team
Community & Collaboration (10%)
* Partner with our PR and Creator teams to amplify earned and influencer content
* Respond to DMs/comments where relevant, supporting community engagement
* Manage platform relationships (e.g. TikTok reps, Meta account managers) and relevant social tools
Requirements
Who You Are
* 3–5 years experience in social content or digital marketing at a fast-paced brand or agency
* Confident content creator with hands-on experience shooting, editing, and publishing across TikTok and Instagram
* Deep knowledge of the social landscape — what’s trending, what’s relevant, and what builds brand
* Exceptional copywriting skills with a clear grasp of tone and voice
* Strong project manager who can juggle multiple priorities without compromising quality
* Detail-oriented with an editorial mindset — every post serves a purpose
* Creative and collaborative — comfortable leading, briefing, and receiving feedback
* Passionate about wellness, culture, and storytelling
Bonus Points
* You’re a creator yourself or have managed creator content
* Experience with consumer brands in wellness, beauty, fashion or activewear
* Familiarity with analytics tools
* Confident capturing live content at shoots, events, or activations
* Strong network of UGC creators or freelance content partners
