Fairhaven Golf Club | Food & Beverage Manager
Fairhaven Golf Club is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead and elevate our hospitality operation across the clubhouse, bar, restaurant, events, and member functions.
This is a high-impact leadership role where you'll drive service excellence, commercial performance, and team development in a prestigious golf club environment. You'll have full operational ownership of F&B, delivering exceptional member experiences while growing revenue, margins, and engagement.
Key Focus
* Lead all F&B operations, service standards, and events delivery
* Drive commercial growth, P&L performance, and cost control
* Build, lead, and develop high-performing hospitality teams
* Deliver outstanding member and guest experiences
* Shape menus, events, and the future F&B offering at the club
About You
* Senior hospitality leader (F&B, golf club, leisure, hotel, or premium venue)
* Strong commercial and P&L experience
* Proven people leader with high standards
* Guest-focused, commercially driven, hands-on, and professional
* Passionate about food, drink, service, and hospitality excellence
