Our client is looking for an enthusiastic Planning Solicitor with at least 3 years’ PQE. * General planning experience, including drafting and negotiating s106, s38, and s278 agreements, as well as other planning and infrastructure agreements
* Practical experience of the planning system in the context of both commercial and residential development
* Experience working with and/or against local planning authorities
* Proven ability to manage planning-based projects effectively
* General commercial property experience, supporting a broader understanding of development work
* Knowledge of public law, compulsory purchase, licensing (including liquor and entertainment), and environmental law is beneficial
