Job Purpose
As Senior Learning and Experience Manager at
AllBright, you'll lead the delivery, development and evolution of our senior
leadership programmes - Elevate and Elevate to the Board - as we continue to
scale to new audiences and markets.
You will work closely with the Global Head of
Learning and Experience and the L&D Delivery team, to evolve the programmes
from a content, experience and delivery perspective, while overseeing
day-to-day delivery and acting as point of contact for our coaches and
learners. Leveraging industry insights and trends, as well as learner feedback,
you will identify opportunities for improving our current programmes and make
recommendations for future programme development. Additionally, you will
develop a community programming strategy, in conjunction with our Sales and
Marketing teams, in order to grow and engage our leadership audience, nurture
our alumni community and strengthen the perception of our programmes with
corporate clients, with the ultimate goal of engaging new and potential
learners, and retaining past participants within the AllBright member base.
Furthermore, you will combine subject-matter
expertise with data-driven insights, strong understanding of our audience and
members, and an ability to tap into future trends in the leadership space, in
order to support the development of themes and event concepts that support our
Brand Partnerships team to engage with the senior leader audience.
Your innovative approach will cultivate a competitive advantage,
positioning AllBright as an industry leader in supporting, inspiring and
upskilling senior leaders.
Outline of Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the delivery and growth
of our senior leadership development programmes, leveraging research, data and
feedback to continually optimise the learner experience and position our
programmes as best-in-class.
* Work collaboratively with subject
matter experts and coaches to ensure course content and experience support
measurable outcomes for learners who participate in them.
* Develop and implement data-driven
strategies to analyse the effectiveness and impact of our programmes,
leveraging insights to enhance future programming decisions and support sales
and marketing activities.
* Ensure that course programming is
purposeful and aligns with the needs and preferences of our audience, and that
speakers and coaches work in service of our objectives.
* Develop and maintain detailed
project plans to ensure programmes are managed and delivered effectively.
* Manage learner experience on a
day-to-day basis, acting as a visible point of contact within the AllBright
community for current and past Elevate and Elevate to the Board members.
* Ensure our programme delivery
leverages technology in order to improve learner experience and achieve
scalability across new markets.
* Work closely with the Marketing
team to cultivate a dynamic leadership community through innovative event

ultimately grows programme participation.
* Maintain comprehensive knowledge
of current and future leadership and business trends, pulling these insights
into recommendations for future programming and content, ensuring events remain
interesting for members and relevant to AllBright’s brand partners.
* Utilise the existing AllBright
network, personal contacts, and networking skills to build and strategically
develop our roster of executive coaches and develop a framework to ensure
consistently high-delivery across all programme moments (group coaching,
masterclasses, workshops and 1-1 coaching)
* Manage and oversee the programme
development and execution of larger, key "tentpole" events, including
AllBright’s International Women’s Day Step Forward Summit.
* Collaborate with our finance team
