Litigation Lawyer
We're delighted to be working with a highly reputable Essex law firm who are recruiting a Litigation Lawyer/Solicitor to join their expanding dispute resolution team.
About the Role: This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced litigator to join a progressive firm with a growing reputation. You'll handle a varied caseload of business and personal litigation matters, working with established clients whilst helping to develop new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing a diverse caseload of litigation and dispute resolution matters
* Advising clients on business disputes, property disputes, and civil litigation
* Handling cases through mediation, negotiation and court proceedings
* Building strong client relationships and generating new business
* Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team objectives
* Providing commercially focused, practical legal advice
* Contributing to the continued growth of the litigation department
What We're Looking For:
* Qualified Solicitor with solid litigation/dispute resolution experience
* Strong technical knowledge across civil and commercial litigation
* Excellent client care skills and ability to inspire confidence
* Proven ability to manage a varied caseload effectively
* Strong communication and advocacy skills
* Ambitious individual keen to develop their practice
