The Role
We’re looking for a proactive and ambitious Partnerships Executive to join our growing team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with 1-2 years’ experience to start or develop their career in brand partnerships. You’ll support the delivery of creative, high-impact campaigns for some of the world’s biggest brands and destinations - helping to bring partnerships to life from concept to completion.
You’ll assist with research, proposal creation, partner outreach, and campaign delivery, while learning from a highly experienced and collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the Partnerships team in developing and executing creative brand partnership campaigns.
* Research and identify potential brand partners and market opportunities across a range of sectors.
* Assist in preparing engaging presentations, proposals, and reports.
* Help manage day-to-day client and partner relationships, ensuring smooth communication and delivery.
* Coordinate campaign activity and track performance against objectives.
* Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities in the partnerships space.
About You
You’re enthusiastic, organised, and eager to learn - with a genuine interest in marketing, partnerships, and brand strategy. You’ll enjoy working in a fast-paced, creative environment and have strong communication skills, an eye for detail, and a can-do attitude.
Essential Skills & Experience
* A degree (or equivalent experience) in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
* 1-2 years’ experience in partnerships, sponsorships, marketing, or business development (internships included).
* Strong PowerPoint and presentation design skills (experience with Adobe Suite a bonus).
* Excellent written and verbal communication.
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
* A proactive mindset, with the confidence to contribute ideas and take initiative.
